Born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Michael Bleyzer was raised and educated in Ukraine, graduating from the Kharkiv Institute of Radioelectronics with a Master of Science in digital electronics and quantum physics. His career took him to Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, before he came to the U.S. in 1978 where he became an American citizen. Mr. Bleyzer then embarked on a career in finance and management, which over 15 years at Exxon and Ernst & Young included a variety of operational, management and executive positions in Texas, Louisiana and Europe.
Mr. Bleyzer has a wealth of experience in finance, strategy, communications and management across various industry sectors. He is the co-founder and CEO of SigmaBleyzer Investment Group LLC, a private equity firm that has raised approximately one billion dollars and invested in a diverse portfolio of projects. Some of the firm’s investments include businesses in emerging markets, primarily in Ukraine, where Mr. Bleyzer has established strong connections and partnerships. The firm also invested in early-stage biotech businesses in the U.S., where Mr. Bleyzer has a keen interest and vision for the future of healthcare and innovation.
Mr. Bleyzer is particularly passionate about the potential of two major trends that are shaping the 21st century: artificial intelligence and longevity/anti-aging. He believes that these two fields are not only advancing rapidly, but also converging and creating unprecedented opportunities for new businesses. He is especially interested in how artificial intelligence can help enhance human health and lifespan, and how longevity/anti-aging can inspire new applications of artificial intelligence. Maurice received his MD from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He completed a Masters in Physiology and Biochemistry shortly thereafter, and then went to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York to partake in a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He then moved to Houston Texas and has been in private practice as a clinician with additional training and certification in Menopause, for the past 20 plus years.
A two-time Olympic gymnast, World Champion Silver Medalist, and Hall of Fame inductee, has transcended the boundaries of gymnastics to become a global figure in the field of longevity. Beyond his achievements in the arena and his performances in film and television in Hollywood, Stephen is passionately dedicated to expanding awareness and practices related to human longevity and performance. At 50 years young, he challenges conventional notions about aging, firmly believing that individuals can unlock their optimum health potential at any age.
Stephen's journey from elite gymnastics to a holistic approach to health began after retiring from competition. Faced with a declining sense of purpose and deteriorating health, he underwent a transformative process, adopting an Olympic approach to his well-being. Drawing on his background as a former UCLA pre-med student, NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and certified nutrition coach, Stephen developed a framework for creating optimal health that embraces the latest in exercise science, nutrition, functional, and cellular medicine.

Miguel (Mike) Franco, MD, is a retired pulmonologist and primary care physician with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Columbia University with a degree in biology and earned his MD degree from NYU School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship training at the Texas Medical Center, affiliated with the Baylor College of Medicine. He co-founded a primary care medical practice in Houston, where he focused on preventive healthcare and chronic disease management. He retired from his practice in 2022, but he remains passionate about finding the best ways to improve healthspan and lifespan.
Aki has trained Olympians, elite athletes, college athletes, models, professional ballet dancers, young children, adults, and general populations. He has a deep understanding of the human body, including the fascial system, nervous system, biomechanics, and structural kinesiology. He uses this knowledge to design customized individual programs for his clients based on their needs. Aki has a huge passion for supporting others to be healthy and happy and to help them enjoy what they love to do in life. He believes that good health is essential for pursuing one’s passions. Mr. O’Malley also serves as a Director and Executive Board Member for The Daar Foundation, Sigmableyzer’s philanthropic arm, working to deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
Prior to joining SigmaBleyzer, Mr. O’Malley spent 15 years with Nordstrom in Seattle, Washington working with their inventory, point of sale and e-commerce systems, managing multiple CAPEX projects. He did his undergraduate work at Washington State University and received an MBA from Tulane University in 2011.
Rina came to the United States in 1978 as a Soviet refugee at the age of 4. She attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where she earned a dual degree in Economics and Business (Finance). She has been with SigmaBleyzer since its launch in 1993, participating in both the development of the firm’s Houston headquarters and its Ukrainian presence.
Rina first returned to her family’s hometown of Kharkiv, Ukraine in 1994 as the country was undergoing post-Soviet privatization. She managed SigmaBleyzer’s back office, including its investor relations and accounting functions, during the launch of SigmaBleyzer’s first three UGF funds. In 1999, Rina helped create Volia Media Group, a conglomerate of media properties under the umbrella of Volia Cable, a SigmaBleyzer portfolio company that would become the largest cable operator in Ukraine. Rina has served as Editor at the Bleyzer Foundation, a non‐profit, non‐government organization created to support the transition of emerging economies into market economies. Since 2002, she’s worked with SigmaBleyzer’s philanthropic arm Daar Foundation in various capacities, and currently serves as a director and member of the Executive Board at Daar.

Nadiia is a life coach and member of the American Psychological Association. She has an experience of working as a psychoterapist in private practice in Ukraine, an associate professor at V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University. She has a PhD in psychology and a specialist degree in clinical psychology and sexology. She has been working as a psychotherapist in Ukraine since 2003 and as an associate professor since 2006. She also has been a trainee at the All-Ukrainian Institute of Person-Centered and Expiriental Psychotherapy.
Nadiia has a rich experience in personal-centered, experiential, art, and couple therapy. She has completed more than 1000 hours of education and supervision in psychotherapy, and she has attended various workshops and courses on topics such as trauma, grief, narcissism, and psychopathy.
