Personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and functional nutritional therapy practitioner, Kelley Davidson has spent her entire 20+ year career working with clients to reach their personal health and fitness goals.
Biography
Now, with a Master’s degree in nutrition, a functional nutrition degree, and as a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Kelley is uniquely qualified to create fitness and nutrition plans tailored to individuals’ needs with knowledge and empathy. She uses testing (not guessing) in her practice to design programing for clients based on individual needs.
She believes each human is a bio-individual with unique dietary and movement needs, and there is no one-size-fits-all. She believes that calories-in-calories-out doesn’t tell the whole story, but instead believes in the power of nutrient dense, whole foods. It is a challenge in our society to know what we should be eating, and how to fit real food into our busy lives, and no one understands this better than Kelley. She is passionate about finding ways to help people fit real food into busy schedules, as she believes this is the key to sustainable health for our bodies and our planet.
