Specialty Lab Tests
  1. Biological Age
    • Biological age analyzes the impact that lifestyle, nutrition, illness, and genetics have on your body and vital organs. Your biological age provides insights so you can make choices to improve your healthspan. The testing uses Al to create an accurate picture of your biological age.
  2. Microbiome
    • This tests the collection of all the genetic material from the microbiome in your gut, such as the bacteria, viruses, fungi, and algae that naturally live inside us. Each person has a unique network of these organisms. Most are helpful and contribute in big ways to human health and wellness, while some are harmful, and others symbiotic.
  3. Micronutrients
    • This test measures the levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids in the white blood cells.
  4. Plasma Amino Acids
    • This test measures 36 amino acids and metabolites. It measures the need for antioxidants, methylation, minerals, and vitamins. tI wil also look at toxic exposure from certain toxins such as plastics.
  5. Methylation
    • Methyl groups regulate gene expression, switch genes on and off, regulate mood, produce energy, and promote healthy aging. The results of this test can help provide insights to shape dietary and nutritional planning. Knowing genetic predispositions can also help focus supplementation.
  6. Environmental Pollutants
    • This test looks at xylene, benzene, styrene, phthalates, parabens, as well as other environmental pollutants.
  7. Food and Environmental Antibody Assessmet
    • IgG and gIE antibody tests measure antibodies to commonly consumed foods and environmental allergens that can lead to distressing symptoms, such as IBS, depression, migraines, joint pains, and “leaky gut.”
  8. RMR and VO2 Max
    • Resting Metabolic Rate and VO2 Max tests are valuable tools for understanding your body’s energy needs and fitness levels. RMR measures the calories your body burns at rest, providing insights for weight management. VO2 Max measures the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during exercise, indicating cardiovascular fitness and endurance. These tests help personalize nutrition and exercise plans for optimal health and performance outcomes.
  9. Genetics
    • Comprehensive genetic analysis examines over 134 genes from a cheek swab, and provides personalized insights into nutrition, fitness, illness, prevention, and weight management. This allows you to gain a deeper understanding of how genes influence your health and enable you to take protective measures to prevent illness.
  10. The Detoxigenomic Profile
    • This provides comprehensive information about the activity of the genes that influence detoxification pathways. By analyzing specific genetic variations, this profile highlights potential vulnerabilities and strengths in a patient’s detoxification system. Detoxification involves the conversion of toxins into intermediate metabolites through various enzymatic reactions making them more water soluble and easily extractable.
